Charlie is the Associate Director for Enterprise Integration within the Division of IT. He is an advocate for and practitioner of agile methodologies, user-focused software engineering, and servant leadership. These disciplines helped Charlie create Enterprise Integration and iterate on numerous systems to drive staff engagement and productivity and ultimately to build healthy, self-organizing teams.
