03/19/2026 Update

ROAD team is implementing WI Act 15 changes across its services as functional specifications are received from RO product owners. One area of functionality in DARS involving intra-system degree requirements is awaiting decisions at the UW System level before ROAD can begin on them. Also delivered some bug fixes or unreported bugs caught by our monitoring systems before priority enrollment starting 3/23 and extending through most of April. Finally, a daylight savings day related bug was discovered in the CS&E scheduler functionality last week, leading to a partial outage of the affected feature until the bug was fixed and deployed the next morning.

This is valuable insofar as they will be able to see the degree applicability of their transfer coursework. As UW-Madison seeks to increase enrollment in Online undergraduate majors, the ability to show prospective, admitted students exactly how many credits they would need to take to complete the degree is an invaluable recruitment tool. This release will also contain Transfer-In-Progress(TI) grades support in DARS and also DARS API Apigee migration.
